A truly exceptional services smoothly and professionally coming from this hotel with computer inside my room, wifi at the peak of strength, Mr.Kim and Mr.Danny was great honor for an excellent stay, we booked our trip to Halong bay for 3 days 2 nights with best value accompanying foc Coke and Pep they offered, breakfast with tasty food and delivery to the rooms with smiling from Mr.bean(who with formally names Trong Ron Be).me and my girl friends decided stay 5 more nights and overall had an perfect stay from golden land hotel and we definitely come back one day

I requested for check out late and got a special offer and they donated a bonus bottle of water and a vietnamese gift.hotel had a big elevator while lobby was small but in additionally rooms was so large and clean, nice city view as well. Breakfast was brought in to room with food ordered in advance, the manager stayed always at lobby and eager to help and asked for me some nice trips but I came here for business.

Enjoy the modern and stylish decor, along with the spa facilities, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring.

There is just one small issue with the shower's water pressure, which may cause a slightly lackluster bathing experience.

My room was deluxe, very big and modern, they served breakfast at room,staffs and manager tried to help me anything and they ask me come back and review for their hotel on Booked.net, this hotel is small but all decoration and equippment like 4 or 5 stars hotel, also location centrally in Hanoi Old Quarter, good to stay one more time

hotel golden land got an excellent location in old quarter. this is small hotel but room was very large with all amenities available for me. All staffs waiting for a perfect comments of me, so they tried their best to make my stay & my trip ok.thank you for your best, at the best you can.

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. The manager tries to meet expectations. Because it's a very small hotel, they serve breakfast to the rooms. Rooms are spacious and well equipped though there is no safetybox in the suite. They arrange airport pickups, which is very comfortable at Hanoi Airport with its touts. Centrally located in the old quarter. Great value for money with 60 usd for a large room with a small balcony.

This is a great value for money hotel. Located in the Old Quarter with many good restaurants nearby. Excellent rooms with free pc/ internet. Great service from very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if returning to Hanoi.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Danny - the manager speaks English very well (for a Vietnamese). Of course he tried to sell us a tour. We booked a tour to Ha Long Bay with one of his partners and it was well organized. When we left Hanoi we took the train to Dong Hoi, before we went to the airport (we got already checked out that morning). He gave us the opportunity to shower in an empty room - very friendly! The best room of the hotel wasn't booked during our stay in Hanoi, so he gave us that room without an extra payment. Excellent location and value for money. Before we fly home we'll get back to Golden Land Hotel.

We stayed on the 7th floor but the lift is until 5th floor only so we had to use the stairs. Not advisable for elderly.
